Augusta Rogowski

I am a final year Clinical Psychology PhD student at the University of Edinburgh (Scotland), and for the past 3 years I’ve been looking at how positive emotions such as gratitude can improve emotion regulation in individuals with eating disorders. Before starting my PhD I completed an MA (Hons.) Psychology degree at the University of Edinburgh. Until recently I worked as a researcher on an international health-related quality of life project and as a counsellor in the charity sector. As well as positive psychology, my interests include clinical psychology, psychodynamic psychotherapies, logotherapy, learning disabilities, coping, temperament, creativity and phenomenology.
