Claire Beazley

I qualified in 1980 and worked full time as an NHS GP Principal from 1988 to 2007. I am now taking a sabbatical from regular work to study for a master’s degree in positive psychology and pursue other interests outside medicine. I am continuing with part time GP work and as a GP mentor for Kent, Surrey and Sussex Deanery. This involves one to one confidential mentoring for GPs in difficulty with their private lives and work-life balance, who have clinical governance, business or partnership issues for which they would like advice or who want to sound out their plans for career development.
