Mindapples

Mindapples is an independent organisation dedicated to promoting mentally healthy living for everyone through everyday activities. Their website asks each of us to identify a 5-a-day for our minds, and shares the responses to help everyone find five things that work for them. If you can look after your body by going for a run, or eating an apple, then what’s the equivalent for a healthy mind? Mindapples want to open up a new, positive conversation about how we can take better care of ourselves, and remind us that we all have mental health, and we can do much more to take care of ourselves.
