Anna Freij
Anna Freij is passionate about enabling individuals and organisations that want to make a positive difference to be the best they can be.
She worked in senior management before going on to become a consultant twelve years ago. Since then, she has also trained as a counsellor. She now infuses insights from the psychological field into her consulting practice.
Sceptical about the effectiveness of some traditional approaches to consultancy and training, her approach seeks to maximise the likelihood of learning, growth and change.
